Are you looking for a group outing that will create lasting memories? If so, we are the place for you to host your next event! Whether it’s a Corporate Outing, Bachelorette Party, Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Client Appreciation, or any celebration! Our team is here to help you make it an experience to remember!

Host your private event at Urban Wick Candle Bar. It will be a scent-sational time with an experience that will have guests talking. Please Note: We need a minimum of a three week advanced notice to schedule your private event.

How it works:

  • The entire candle bar is reserved for your group. The minimum guest count is 18, maximum guest count is 30.
  • You will have our space all to yourself for 3 hours.
  • There is a $400 reservation fee to reserve the bar along with a team of scent designers.
  • The reservation fee does not include any products.
  • The cost of each product made at the event can be covered by one person or organization. Or the individuals attending can pay for themselves the day-of. Candle experiences range from $38-$72. The limited purchase per guest is $40.
  • Product options are; candles, liquid hand soap, lotion, reed diffuser, room/body spray, wax melts, and multi-purpose cleaner.
  • You can bring in food and beverages for your guests to enjoy after they have completed the experience and while their candles are setting up.
  • Private events are unavailable during our regular business hours.
  • Private events are scheduled on Sundays after our closing time of 3 p.m., or Wednesdays at a mutually agreed upon time. Private events are UNAVAILABLE on Fridays and Saturdays.

Your guests will start by:

  • Putting their noses to work at our scent wall & writing down all the scents they like.
  • They will choose the product(s) they want to make.
  • A scent designer will help them narrow down their scent choices and assist them in curating their custom scent blend(s).
  • After they have their scent blend(s) perfected, they will scent their chosen product(s).
  • While their candles are setting up, your group will enjoy fellowship, food, and beverages.
  • By the end of your event all of your guests will leave with their new favorite candle or other scented product(s).
